Appearance Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an Appearance Assistant to lead image training and monitoring for our dealers and studio staff. The role ensures that all employees meet the company’s visual standards before they appear on‑camera or in‑studio.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee image records.
• Conduct initial appearance training for new dealers and staff.
• Review and approve the image of each new employee before studio entry.
• Recommend and follow up on image changes requested by employees or the company.
• Create written materials and procedures related to appearance standards.
• Perform image tests for various studio projects.
• Communicate appearance‑related information via specialized channels.
• Keep image files up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate and support sessions presenting the company’s standards guide and practical workshops.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• PC literate.
• Accredited make‑up/hairstyling diploma (Ministry of Labour).
• Minimum 1 year experience in an appearance or styling department.
• Hairstyling skills.
• Strong presentation, communication and self‑control abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities and cultures.
