Regional Human Resources Manager – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

This is a temporary 6‑month maternity cover position reporting to the GM of HR & Compliance. The role supports the regional HR function in Dubai, ensuring compliance with DIFC employment law and managing the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage salary administration, compensation reviews, and employee benefits including medical insurance, annual air tickets and parking allocations.
• Oversee DEWS compliance, end‑of‑service calculations, overtime payments and leave/attendance administration.
• Prepare and administer employment contracts, service agreements and secondment arrangements.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning to meet regional business needs.
• Maintain HR policies, provide guidance on employment law, and support employee communications and town‑hall events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 7–10 years of HR Generalist experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of DIFC Employment Law and UAE HR compliance requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Experience with Zoho People (preferred) or similar HRIS.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for entitlement calculations.
