Appointment Setter / Appointment Executive

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Appointment Setter / Appointment Executive to join our Dubai team. In this role you will engage prospects, qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales and business development teams, helping to build a robust pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally.
• Qualify leads based on needs, budget and business requirements.
• Schedule qualified appointments and confirm meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead and appointment data in the CRM.
• Handle basic objections and forward qualified prospects to sales.
• Track daily activities, conversions and KPIs.
• Provide feedback on lead quality and market trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (preferred).
• 1–3+ years experience in appointment setting, telesales, lead generation or sales support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a confident telephone manner.
• Target‑oriented, organized and able to manage multiple prospects.
• Experience in UAE or GCC markets is an advantage.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Microsoft Office suite.
• LinkedIn for prospecting.
