About the role

Jamieson Group is seeking an experienced Appointment Setter to join its business development team. Working remotely from the UAE, you will support outbound sales activities across Africa, the Middle East and Europe, focusing on the mining and related industries.

Key responsibilities

Make proactive outbound calls to C‑level and senior executives in mining and related sectors.
Navigate gatekeepers to reach decision‑makers and secure qualified meetings for the senior team.
Research companies and contacts before outreach and maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
Follow up prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels to achieve call and meeting targets.

Required profile

Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting or outbound B2B sales.
Comfortable speaking directly with CEOs, COOs, VPs and other senior leaders.
Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
