About the role

We are looking for an experienced Arabic Chef De Partie to lead our breakfast service at a luxury hotel in Dubai. The role involves preparing authentic Middle Eastern dishes, managing the kitchen team and ensuring high‑speed, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

Prepare food, beverages, and equipment in advance for breakfast service.
Cook and serve dishes according to the restaurant’s menu, maintaining authenticity of Arabic cuisine.
Monitor and order ingredients, supplies and equipment, and manage inventory.
Supervise and train kitchen helpers, commis, cooks and stewards, ensuring hygiene and safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, conduct mise‑en‑place and assist with receiving and storing goods.

Required profile

Minimum 3 years experience in a five‑star international chain hotel.
Fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure, lead a team and interact with guests.

Required skills

Good knowledge of Arabic cuisine, both cold and hot dishes.
Proficient in cooking techniques and recipe interpretation.
