Arabic‑Speaking Freelance Research Interviewer / Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for experienced Arabic‑speaking freelance interviewers to support a large‑scale research programme in the UAE. The role involves conducting structured surveys through face‑to‑face, telephone and online interviews, often requiring travel to participants’ homes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured face‑to‑face, telephone and online surveys in Arabic.
• Travel to participant locations and perform pre‑arranged home visits.
• Explain survey questions clearly while remaining neutral.
• Record and submit responses accurately using digital survey tools.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and data privacy.
• Meet agreed survey completion and quality targets.
• Participate in project training and briefing sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic with professional interview experience.
• Based locally in the UAE and available for project assignments.
• Willingness to travel and conduct home visits.
• Strong empathy, active‑listening and discretion.
• Professional, non‑judgmental attitude when discussing sensitive topics.
