Arabic‑Speaking Social Media Account Manager (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Social Media Account Manager to join a leading global creative agency in Dubai. The role focuses on managing the social media presence of a high‑profile skincare brand, coordinating with client, creative, strategy and production teams to deliver engaging digital campaigns across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day client relationships and act as the primary liaison between the client and agency.
• Lead social media and content projects from brief through delivery, translating client requirements into clear internal briefs.
• Maintain content calendars, campaign timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop social‑first content that aligns with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously, handling approvals, feedback and quality control.
• Present ideas, campaign concepts and creative work to clients with confidence.
• Monitor campaign performance, extract insights and propose optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure local market relevance while maintaining global brand consistency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably handling social media, content or integrated campaigns.
• Fluent Arabic (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience working with beauty, skincare, FMCG or consumer brands is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently.
