Architect On Record (AOR)

About the role

The Architect On Record (AOR) will lead all architectural design submissions, approvals and permits, acting as the primary liaison between Kleindienst Group and UAE government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and secure all architectural design‑related approvals, submissions and permits with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees and other authorities.
• Develop design solutions, coordinate with consultants and produce design documents from concept through design development.
• Prepare and submit authority submission drawings, attend meetings and inspections, and resolve comments face‑to‑face.
• Lead master‑plan submissions, including Nakheel and Trakhees, achieving approvals with minimal comments.
• Review and release IFC drawings, work inspection reports, and shop drawings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support project teams during design development, authority reviews and construction stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the UAE.
• Valid Society of Engineers (SOE) Card – Dubai.
• Valid Dubai Municipality G+12 Architecture License.
• Trakhees Blue Card and White Card.
