About the role
We are seeking an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler to develop and maintain detailed BIM models for projects in Abu Dhabi, ensuring compliance with local authority standards.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, layouts, and construction details.
- Coordinate architectural drawings for Abu Dhabi authority submissions and ensure compliance with submission standards.
- Incorporate authority comments and design changes into drawings and BIM models.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and maintain model accuracy.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in architectural drafting, BIM modeling, and construction documentation.
- Proven hands‑on experience with Abu Dhabi authority submissions.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Required skills
