Architectural Foreman – Site Supervision & Coordination

About the role

The Architectural Foreman will lead on‑site construction activities for architectural projects, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication to coordinate crews, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily on‑site construction tasks, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and architectural designs.
• Interpret complex architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications to guide construction teams.
• Supervise and coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and on‑site personnel, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Enforce company and regulatory safety protocols, conduct safety briefings and inspections.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, quality standards, and company policies.
• Manage logistics of material delivery, storage, and equipment allocation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and clients to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily reports on site activities, labor hours, material usage, and incidents.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.
