Area Manager Beauty Distribution

About the role

The Area Manager Beauty Distribution will implement and manage business plans for all beauty retail outlets, ensuring planned revenues, brand image, and customer satisfaction. The role also drives sales and marketing activities to meet revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the annual plan, budgets and sales strategies, monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Implement policies and procedures for beauty brand sales and ensure compliance with outlet and service standards.
• Analyse market trends and local consumer preferences, providing recommendations to the Brand Manager and suppliers.
• Manage stock across the designated area, minimizing waste and variance.
• Implement loss‑prevention standards and propose improvements to the Division Manager.
• Create and execute monthly sales strategies to maximise promotional opportunities.
• Maintain the highest quality and visual standards across all outlets.
• Ensure consistent customer service, quick turnaround and compliance with internal and principal requirements.
• Frequent outlet visits to monitor performance and brand presentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty sector.
• Proven ability to drive sales, manage stock and implement loss‑prevention measures.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and adapt offerings.
• Ability to work across multiple outlets and lead a team to achieve commercial targets.
