Assistant Brand Manager - Retail

About the role

Ultiwise Consult is hiring an Assistant Brand Manager in Dubai within the retail sector. The Brand Manager shapes and elevates the brand image of the company and its products, conducts market research and brand performance analysis, leads strategic brand initiatives and works with stakeholders to build product assortments that meet consumer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate brand positioning, value proposition and messaging across the portfolio, and run marketing campaigns and promotions to raise brand visibility.
• Keep the brand consistent across digital platforms, advertising and in-store experiences.
• Oversee retail operations, including store management, staffing and customer service standards, and set up standard operating procedures.
• Monitor retail performance metrics and KPIs, and audit stores regularly to find growth opportunities.
• Analyse brand performance and report on insights and trends to senior management.
• Manage relationships with brands, wholesale accounts and key stakeholders.
• Work with brands on market trends and product development, manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and run integrated marketing plans covering advertising, media, PR and digital marketing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in retail brand management with a proven track record of leading brand strategy.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools.
