Assistant Chief Concierge – Luxury Resort

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking an Assistant Chief Concierge to support the resort’s concierge team. The role assists the Chief Concierge in delivering Forbes Five‑Star service and acts as acting chief during absences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Concierge in overseeing daily concierge operations and ensure service excellence.
• Supervise, mentor, and train concierge staff, handling complex guest requests such as transportation, reservations and special arrangements.
• Maintain strong relationships with local vendors, restaurants and service providers, and ensure timely communication between guests and internal departments.
• Monitor guest feedback, implement service improvements and uphold brand and Forbes Five‑Star standards.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of concierge or guest services experience, supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior training with Forbes Travel Guide standards; Les Clefs d’Or membership highly desirable.
• Proficiency in property management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
