Assistant Director of Finance

About the role

The Assistant Director of Finance supports the development and execution of financial strategies that align with the brand’s service objectives across multiple properties. The role provides financial expertise to ensure successful implementation of brand initiatives while maximizing return on investment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Accounting Office, including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee internal, external and regulatory audit processes and ensure compliance with SOPs and local regulations.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts, monitor working capital, cash control and tax compliance.
• Lead and develop the accounting team, conduct performance appraisals and foster a collaborative environment.

Required profile

• 4‑year bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (master’s degree acceptable).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within hospitality or a similar multi‑property environment.
• Demonstrated integrity, strong communication skills and ability to influence financial decision‑making.

• Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems.
