Assistant Executive Lounge Manager

About the role

The Assistant Executive Lounge Manager will support the daily operation of the Executive Lounges at Jumeirah Zabeen Saray, ensuring exceptional guest service and high F&B standards. This role reports to the Executive Lounge Manager and steps in to lead the lounge team in their absence.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily lounge operations, maintaining Jumeirah service and F&B standards.
• Assist the Manager in supervising staff and take charge when the Manager is absent.
• Anticipate guest needs through pre‑arrival communication, personalised service and handling requests or complaints.
• Oversee lounge food and beverage service, inventory control and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Support team development and drive upselling initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in luxury hospitality or upscale lounge environments.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high standards.
• Strong organisational skills to manage inventory, cost control and health‑safety compliance.
• Capability to lead and develop a team, including stepping in for the manager when needed.
