Assistant Executive Lounge Manager

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team as an Assistant Executive Lounge Manager, supporting the daily operation of the Executive Lounges and ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operation of the Executive Lounges, maintaining high F&B standards.
• Assist the Manager in supervising lounge operations and take responsibility in their absence.
• Anticipate guest needs through pre‑arrival communication, personalised service and effective handling of requests and complaints.
• Oversee daily lounge F&B services to ensure Jumeirah standards are maintained.
• Support team development, upselling, inventory control and cost management while ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive lounge or luxury hospitality operations.
• Strong focus on guest service, ability to supervise staff and manage F&B standards.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, health and safety regulations and cost control practices.
