Assistant Food & Beverage Director – Dubai Palm

About the role

As an Assistant Food & Beverage Director at the Hilton Dubai Palm, you will support the Food & Beverage Director in delivering exceptional dining experiences across the hotel’s outlets. You will lead managers, oversee budgets and drive marketing initiatives to ensure high quality and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise food and beverage managers to maintain service standards.
• Develop menus and create food and beverage marketing strategies.
• Implement new menus, promotions and special event offers.
• Handle guest inquiries and coordinate special arrangements.
• Monitor outlet operations, conduct taste tests and ensure consistency.
• Assist managers with inter‑departmental coordination, such as linen stock.
• Analyze forecasts, cost and revenue reports to maximize profit.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; a four‑year college degree is preferred.
• Minimum five years of experience managing food and beverage operations.
• Proven ability to hire, train, schedule and lead staff.
• Strong understanding of budgeting and profit‑maximisation.
