Assistant Gaming Manager - Table Games Operations

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island, an integrated resort scheduled to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, is seeking an Assistant Gaming Manager to join its Table Games Operations team. The role supports the Gaming Manager in delivering game integrity and service excellence, supervising the table games team and helping run daily operations of the Main Floor Table Games area.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Gaming Manager in achieving game integrity and service excellence goals
• Help develop training programs, update operating procedures and run refresher training
• Supervise and coach team members, monitor performance, manage rosters, breaks and labor allocation, and keep attendance, overtime and leave records
• Take part in hiring, onboarding and training of team members
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and government regulations, and maintain the integrity of games, equipment and playing cards
• Support table opening decisions and labor allocation based on guest volume
• Handle guest inquiries, disputes and complaints professionally, escalate unresolved issues and suspicious activity, and coordinate with other departments
• Monitor equipment, report maintenance needs, handle the Card Track System (CTS) with the Card Room, and help maintain secure card and dice inventory
• Prepare operational reports for the Gaming Manager and support special projects
• Report daily progress to the Director of Table Games and attend department meetings

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in table games or gaming operations
• Supervisory experience and familiarity with the Card Track System (CTS) are an advantage
• Able to adapt to varying work schedules in a 24-hour operation, including weekends, holidays and shift work
• Able to work in a smoking environment

• Proficiency in MS Office and gaming operations systems

• High attention to detail and strong observational skills
