Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable

About the role

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is hiring an Assistant Manager Finance - Accounts Payable. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will oversee the hotel's Accounts Payable operations and work closely with Procurement, Receiving, Cost Control, operational departments, suppliers and external stakeholders. The goal is efficient financial operations, compliance and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices, reconciliations and payments
• Oversee supplier master data, vendor compliance and accurate financial records
• Support month-end closing through accrual preparation, account reconciliations and reporting
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve invoice, payment and contract matters with internal departments
• Oversee contract administration, including reviews, renewals, approvals, compliance monitoring and document management
• Drive financial control, audit readiness and process improvement initiatives

Required profile

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations or Financial Control within a luxury hospitality or service-oriented environment
• Knowledge of financial controls, invoice processing, reconciliations, accruals and supplier management
• Experience managing contracts, vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Fluent English and comfort in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
