Medical Claims Executive (UAE National) - Insurance

About the role

Orient Insurance, part of the Al-Futtaim Group, is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Medical Claims Executive (UAE National) to join its Medical Claims team in Dubai. The role suits fresh graduates from medical and healthcare fields who want a long-term career in insurance. You will review, assess and process medical claims according to company policies, medical guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process medical insurance claims accurately and within agreed service standards.
• Verify claim documentation, medical reports, treatment records and supporting documents.
• Assess claims eligibility based on policy coverage, exclusions and benefits.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics and internal stakeholders to obtain additional information.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, medical protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Identify discrepancies and escalate complex cases for further review.
• Maintain accurate records in the claims management system.
• Support customer and provider inquiries about claim status and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of claims efficiency and customer experience.

Required profile

• UAE National with Family Book (Emirati) - mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in MBBS, pharmacy, medical laboratory sciences, nursing, biomedical sciences or another medical/healthcare discipline; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous internship or healthcare experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong interest in a career in the insurance industry.
