Assistant Manager – Business Development (Overseas Recruitment)

About the role

We are expanding our business development operations in Dubai and need an ambitious Assistant Manager to lead new client acquisition and strategic growth in overseas manpower solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify and secure new corporate clients requiring overseas blue‑collar and white‑collar workforce across GCC commercial sectors.
• Conduct face‑to‑face client meetings, deliver presentations and negotiate B2B manpower supply agreements.
• Prepare commercial proposals, handle contract negotiations and track sales pipelines using CRM tools.
• Liaise with international recruitment hubs, sourcing partners and overseas trade testing centres to ensure smooth deployment.
• Monitor industry trends in construction, MEP, facility management and industrial sectors and report milestones to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 consecutive years of proven experience in Business Development within overseas manpower recruitment.
• Valid UAE Driving License and Emirates ID.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE/GCC labour demand, recruitment workflows and regional compliance.
• Experience limited to overseas manpower BD; general HR or domestic talent acquisition will not be considered.
• Ability to meet strict KPIs on new account acquisition, placement volume and client retention.
