Assistant Manager - Credit MIS and Analytics (UAE National)

About the role

Emirates NBD is recruiting a UAE national Assistant Manager for its Group Retail Risk unit, which covers the Credit Policy for Retail Lending (Personal Loans, Auto Loans, Credit Cards, Mortgages, Overdraft and SME). The role sits within a team of analysts, statisticians and database managers that builds and improves MIS and analytical reports and develops a data platform and analytics pack for all products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly risk dashboards and MIS for the Emirates NBD Retail portfolio, including MIS decks and deep dives into portfolio deterioration, tracking delinquencies and losses against budget.
• Assist in preparing loss forecast models for portfolios including Micro SME, liaising with product teams on volume budgets and validating forecasts against actuals.
• Run the credit and collections segmentation models for Retail and Micro SME portfolios monthly, keeping data aligned with the approved segmentation document and sharing results with stakeholders.
• Produce monthly MIS reports and analysis for the Retail portfolio, including retention base generation for Personal Loans, CLI and LOC bases, profitable segment analysis for Credit Cards, and supporting materials for decks.

Required profile

• Graduate or above.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Suite, SAS and other statistical tools.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of retail asset banking products.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
