Assistant Manager – Digital Release Governance

About the role
The Assistant Manager will lead the evolution of the Release Management framework for the Retail Banking Group’s digital initiatives, working closely with Agile Coaches, architects and governance functions.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce and evolve the Release Management framework and processes governing all production releases in the RBG digital space.
- Ensure release artifacts and sign‑offs align with Mashreq’s technology stack, architectural principles and business and risk governance.
- Implement policies, processes and tools to enforce proactive adherence to the framework.
- Maintain controls in line with bank policies and local regulatory requirements, keeping deployment evidence up‑to‑date.
- Build consensus across teams and stay well‑versed with digital studio and Agile methodologies.
Required profile
- Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of digital studio environments and Agile practices.
