Assistant Manager – Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Marketing will support Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in defining and executing its marketing strategy, aligning with the group’s overall direction. This role focuses on driving quality traffic, enhancing conversion rates, and supporting commercial targets through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the resort’s marketing strategy in line with group objectives.
• Assist CRM and Rooms Marketing teams with email‑marketing and organic social media initiatives.
• Improve performance of paid campaigns across search, metasearch, and display platforms, including prospecting and remarketing.
• Increase organic search traffic through SEO optimisation.
• Manage relationships and performance of digital media agencies to secure advanced technical solutions and optimal media‑buying conditions.
• Liaise with the Group Digital Analytics Manager to enhance measurement, reporting tools and processes.
• Optimise spend across paid channels using attribution modelling and data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a marketing role within hospitality or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign optimisation and performance analysis.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies.
• Data‑oriented mindset with a focus on measurable results.
