About the role
The Assistant Manager supports store operations, sales performance and team development at Hollister’s Mirdif City Center location. This role blends strategic business analysis, creative visual merchandising and people leadership to deliver best‑in‑class customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing routines and oversee daily store operations.
- Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless processes.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and payroll operations.
- Train, develop and engage non‑management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge, drive sales and maintain brand standards.
- Build and maintain visual displays and floorset updates.
- Analyze sales reports to inform decision‑making.
- Protect store assets through inventory control and loss prevention.
- Operate POS systems and represent the brand culture and values.
