Assistant Manager – Transportation Shuttle

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Transportation Shuttle will lead the resort’s shuttle operations, ensuring punctual, professional, and luxurious transport for guests, VIPs, and event attendees. This position reports to the Transportation Shuttle team leader and works closely with Concierge, Front Office, and Events departments.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling and dispatch of hotel vehicles for guest transfers, airport pickups, and special events.
• Monitor vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and compliance with local regulations.
• Lead, coach, and evaluate chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators.
• Conduct training on service standards, safety protocols, and guest handling.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special transportation requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external transport providers.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and ensure Forbes Five Star standards are met.
• Perform regular safety audits and maintain insurance and licensing documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel transportation or limousine services with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and guest handling.
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with local traffic laws.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Prior training with Forbes Travel Guide standards.
