Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the marketing team at HZ Development in Dubai. The role involves coordinating daily activities, conducting research, and helping to deliver effective campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth department operations.
• Support marketing executives in organizing various projects.
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports and questionnaires.
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather data from social media, web analytics, and rankings.
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non‑financial information.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and digital or traditional campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Write marketing literature such as brochures and press releases.
• Communicate directly with clients to build trusting relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a marketing assistant.
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles.
• Ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines.
• Well‑organized with a customer‑oriented approach.
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases.
• High School diploma; a BSc in Marketing, Business or a related field is a strong advantage.
