Assistant Marketing Operations Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Operations Manager will support the implementation of marketing strategies for Al‑Tayer Motors’ brands, driving awareness, goodwill and customer engagement across the UAE market. Working closely with Brand Managers and the Marketing Operations Manager, you will ensure brand consistency, effective showroom presentation and successful promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and brand‑management strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
• Implement marketing plans that enhance brand image, increase customer enrollment and satisfaction.
• Monitor brand performance, ensure adherence to brand guidelines and control corporate identity across dealerships.
• Analyse competitors’ communication, pricing and packaging activities in relation to the Ford strategy.
• Manage showroom traffic, prospecting processes and the annual calendar of vehicle displays within allocated budgets.
• Develop and execute below‑the‑line brand initiatives and product display plans, selecting strategic locations and presentation concepts.
• Organise production of branding materials for promotional activities and maintain showroom layout, POS branding and external signage.
• Liaise with advertising agencies to translate marketing requirements into creative assets.
• Provide periodic reports and analysis on marketing initiatives, showroom traffic and customer mix to the Marketing Operations Manager.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline, preferably Business Administration with tertiary qualifications in Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar marketing operations or brand‑management role.
