Assistant Outlet Manager – Noor Lounge (French Speaking)

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the Outlet Manager in all operational, administrative and financial aspects of Noor Lounge at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira, Dubai, and assume full responsibility in their absence.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations, shift management and ensure service standards are met.
• Oversee outlet cleanliness, maintenance walk‑throughs and coordinate with engineering and housekeeping.
• Manage reservations, optimise seating capacity and monitor POS setups.
• Assist with financial monitoring, P&L analysis and special promotional activities.
• Lead and coach the team, handle guest complaints and ensure VIP service standards.

Required profile

• High school qualification; degree or HND in Hospitality/Business Management preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an assistant restaurant manager in a luxury hotel or high‑end independent restaurant.
• International experience in at least two regions and pre‑opening experience.
• Excellent English communication; French language skills preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with restaurant point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
• Competent computer skills, including MS Office.
