About the role
Support the Premium Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering premium hospitality experiences for the Elevate brand at the Coca‑Cola Arena. The role ensures operational readiness and high‑quality guest service for suites, lounges and VIP areas.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate operational planning, staffing and timelines for premium hospitality spaces.
- Supervise guest‑facing teams, manage catering and beverage services, and resolve guest enquiries during events.
- Conduct pre‑event inspections, maintain health and safety standards, and prepare post‑event reports.
- Build relationships with premium clients, suite holders and VIP guests, and support service improvement initiatives.
Required profile
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration or related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in premium hospitality, event operations or venue management, preferably in the UAE.
- Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the full Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong presentation and communication abilities.
