About the role
The Assistant Relationship Manager will support sales and revenue targets for POS Merchant Acquiring products, ensuring a high‑quality client onboarding experience and compliance with bank policies.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through new‑to‑bank acquisition and cross‑selling to existing clients.
- Conduct market research, build customer insights and develop value‑proposition strategies.
- Maintain daily sales reports and ensure strict adherence to KYC, compliance and risk‑control processes.
- Participate in learning and development programmes and coordinate with team members for continuous improvement.
Required profile
- University degree with 3–5 years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills, able to identify cross‑selling opportunities.
- Ability to analyse cases, resolve customer issues and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of banking policies, products and compliance procedures.
- Customer insight and market research capabilities.
