Assistant Spa Manager

About the role

The Assistant Spa Manager supports daily management of Spa, Wellness, and Fitness operations at Four Seasons Dubai, ensuring luxury service standards and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily management of Spa, Wellness, and Fitness operations.
• Drive team performance through coaching, training, and mentoring.
• Support revenue growth via membership sales, retail performance, and upselling.
• Enhance offerings by identifying trends and introducing innovative treatments.
• Oversee Spa Membership Program to meet sales and satisfaction targets.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve concerns, and personalize service.
• Manage administrative functions including payroll, inventory, retail, contracts, and vendor payments.
• Monitor compliance with brand standards, health and safety, and departmental policies.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership and cross‑functional teams to achieve objectives.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Spa Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel, resort, or wellness environment.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high‑performing teams.
• Strong understanding of spa, wellness, fitness, and luxury guest service operations.
• Demonstrated success in driving revenue through memberships, retail sales, and upselling.
• Experience managing budgets, payroll, inventory, and day‑to‑day administration.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest recovery skills.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities with a proactive leadership approach.
