Assistant/Associate Professor – Marketing Analytics & AI

About the role

Canadian University Dubai is recruiting faculty at the Assistant or Associate Professor level to teach and research in Marketing Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. The role involves delivering undergraduate and graduate courses, developing curriculum, supervising student projects, and contributing to the School of Management’s academic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Teach and update courses in digital marketing, analytics, AI, and related subjects, ensuring engaging delivery and timely assessment.
• Develop and revise curriculum, supervise graduation projects, theses, and postgraduate research.
• Conduct high‑quality research, publish in peer‑reviewed journals, and engage with industry partners.
• Participate in academic governance, accreditation activities (e.g., AACSB), and faculty service.

Required profile

• PhD in Marketing, Marketing Analytics or a closely related discipline from a QS‑ranked top‑500 university.
• Demonstrated record of teaching effectiveness and research productivity, with publications in Scopus‑indexed journals.
• Relevant university‑level teaching experience appropriate to the rank applied for.
• Experience with curriculum development and familiarity with AACSB accreditation processes is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis.
• Experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques: text mining, image analytics, topic modelling, clustering, social‑network analysis, and machine learning.
• Statistical modelling, predictive modelling, and quantitative research methods.
