Associate Actuarial Analyst (UAE National - Emiratisation)

About the role

A leading global organisation in the insurance sector is hiring an Associate Actuarial Analyst in Dubai through its recruiter, Intelligent Solutions. The role suits a UAE national with a strong interest in data, analytics and problem-solving, offering exposure to analytical tools, insurance products and pricing methodologies. It is aimed at building a long-term career in actuarial, product or pricing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support product development, pricing and analytical initiatives across the business.
• Assist with data analysis, dashboard creation and management reporting.
• Analyse claims, portfolio and performance data to identify trends, patterns and insights.
• Support the development and maintenance of pricing models and analytical tools.
• Work with cross-functional teams to turn analytical findings into business recommendations.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and timely reporting.

Required profile

• UAE National (with Family Book) - mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science or a related quantitative field.
• Strong interest in data analysis, analytics and interpretation.
• Motivated to pursue actuarial exams or grow in actuarial, product, pricing or data functions.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Required skills

• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or similar tools is an advantage.
