Associate Analyst – Global Islamic Finance (Dubai)

About the role

Fitch Ratings is seeking an Associate Analyst to join its Global Islamic Finance Group in Dubai. This two‑year development program offers early‑stage professionals the chance to work with a world‑leading credit ratings agency and gain deep exposure to the rapidly expanding Islamic Finance market.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Islamic Finance activities across sovereign, financial institutions, corporate and other sectors.
• Produce specialised research, credit analysis and criteria development for Islamic Finance entities.
• Monitor market developments and contribute to the creation of rating methodologies and analytical tools.
• Collaborate with global analysts to ensure consistent and objective credit assessments.

Required profile

• Emirati national holding a Family Book.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work in Dubai on a hybrid schedule.
• Availability to start by July 2026.
