About the role
Deloitte is seeking an Associate in Business Tax to join its Tax & Legal practice in Dubai. The role offers the opportunity to develop tax expertise while contributing to client solutions and the firm’s purpose.
Key responsibilities
- Build personal understanding of Deloitte’s purpose, values and impact.
- Demonstrate commitment to personal learning and act as a brand ambassador.
- Maintain personal accountability for performance and meet team targets.
- Develop effective communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Contribute daily work that aligns with team and business priorities.
Required profile
- UAE National with a valid family book.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law, Business or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in tax, accounting, finance or audit.
- Strong interest in taxation and regulatory matters.
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English; Arabic is an advantage.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
