About the role
The Associate Director will lead complex valuation engagements, supporting transactions, mergers and accounting-related valuations. This senior position works closely with Directors and Partners to deliver high‑quality reports and client presentations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee large‑scale valuation assignments, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
- Supervise report quality and apply KPMG’s standards across deliverables.
- Lead end‑to‑end execution of business valuations, merger valuations, purchase price allocations and accounting valuations.
- Advise clients on complex valuation issues and integrate multidisciplinary expertise.
- Prepare and deliver proposals, collaborate with other service lines, and support Directors/Partners in client presentations.
- Manage billing, collections, risk management and ensure client satisfaction.
Required profile
- More than eight years of experience executing large and complex valuation engagements.
- Professional valuation designation (CBV, ASA) or equivalent.
- Graduate diploma (MBA or MSc Finance) or other professional designation (CPA, CA, CFA, etc.).
- Willingness to work extended hours to meet urgent client needs.
