Associate Director – Corporate Tax

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Corporate Tax to lead our corporate tax team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will manage client relationships, ensure high‑quality service delivery, and drive the team’s performance in line with firm objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to the corporate tax team, aligning activities with firm goals.
• Oversee corporate tax service delivery and achieve the allocated budget through appropriate service mix.
• Identify revenue‑generation opportunities via cross‑selling and upselling.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client management, delivering expert corporate tax advisory.
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions, managing expectations, and gathering regular feedback.
• Maintain compliance with all Service Level Agreements and Engagement Letters.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a high‑calibre corporate tax team.
• Collaborate with the tax team in India for seamless execution and client alignment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with UAE corporate tax regulations and identify tax planning and risk‑mitigation opportunities.

Required profile

• Professional certification such as CA and a certification in UAE corporate tax.
• Minimum of 8 years of tax experience, preferably in a leading tax advisory firm.
• Proven consultancy background with extensive client‑facing experience.
• Experience working in both the UAE and India is essential.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
