Associate Director – Investor Relations & Distribution

About the role

The Associate Director – Investor Relations & Distribution will support the Head of Investor Relations in promoting ADIB Capital’s fund and structured product offerings. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on expanding distribution across private and priority banking channels and strengthening relationships with high‑net‑worth families and family offices in the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fund‑raising initiatives for all ADIB Capital funds in collaboration with Private Banking and Priority Banking.
• Assist the Head of IR & Distribution in creating and executing marketing plans and road‑show activities for new product launches.
• Deliver training sessions on fund products to Relationship Managers in Priority and Private Banking.
• Manage placement of ADIB Capital funds on distribution platforms of UAE and GCC banks.
• Lead direct fund‑raising efforts targeting family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Qatar.
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral and promotional materials.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience selling funds and structured products.
• Strong technical understanding of multiple asset classes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Established relationships with family offices across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other GCC markets.
