Associate – Health and Life Sciences Consulting

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Associate to join its Health and Life Sciences practice in Dubai. The role involves supporting clients across payer, provider, digital health, and life sciences sectors, helping them bridge today’s operations with future strategic visions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage execution of project workstreams, including hypothesis development, data collection, model creation, and analysis.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations and discuss insights with clients and stakeholders.
• Support Partner groups in project delivery through accurate, high‑quality execution.
• Coach junior consultants and contribute to their skill development.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of relevant experience, preferably at a top‑tier strategy consulting firm.
• Prior experience with health‑related topics and a track record of leading teams under tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program; fluency in English required, Arabic preferred.
