Associate - Leadership Advisory Services

About the role

The Leadership Advisory Services (LAS) Associate at Spencer Stuart's LAS Practice in Dubai supports Consultants in delivering client engagements, from business development and RFP through advisory recommendations and client feedback. The role covers the full engagement lifecycle, including multi-method executive assessments and written reports, and also takes part in product development and training for the firm's Search colleagues. Occasional global travel may be required.

Key responsibilities

• Foster business development opportunities, assist with pitch presentations and take part in new business pitches.
• Take part in stakeholder calls with board members and other key stakeholders at the start of an engagement.
• Assist with client communications, engagement plans, position descriptions, capability models, interview guides and deliverables.
• Administer cultural assessment tools and conduct structured capability-based interviews and 360 referencing interviews.
• Work with consultants to synthesize assessment data and prepare written client assessment reports.
• Contribute to client presentations, take part in client meetings and help draft executive feedback reports and development plans.
• Manage engagements with attention to detail, keeping clients informed and organizing a large volume of information.
• Support the development of LAS assessment tools, contribute to working groups and help train and roll out products across the firm.
• Build relationships with Search colleagues and share practice knowledge.

Required profile

• Ideal experience of three or more years (the text is cut off before stating the exact requirement).

• Willingness to work with people of different styles and to travel occasionally.
