Associate Manager Demand Planning (Consumer)

About the role

In the role of Associate Manager – Demand Planning, you will oversee forecasting and management of future product or service demand, leveraging sales history, marketing strategies, industry trends and customer feedback to create precise demand forecasts. You will work closely with supply‑chain, production, sales and marketing teams to align forecasts with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecast models using historical sales, marketing data and external trends.
• Analyse forecast accuracy, adjust models and report performance.
• Communicate demand forecasts and inventory plans to supply‑chain, production, sales and marketing stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies or planning issues.
• Provide insights to optimise the demand‑planning process and support cross‑functional coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply‑chain management, business or a related field.
• 5‑6 years of logistics or supply‑chain experience, including at least 3 years in a demand‑planning or forecasting role.

Required skills

• Strong communication and presentation abilities for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of inventory management, supply‑chain and production‑planning principles.
