Associate Manager E-commerce

About the role

The Associate Manager E‑commerce will help shape IFFCO’s e‑commerce strategy across multiple channels, including grocery marketplaces, bricks‑and‑clicks, and pure‑player platforms. Reporting to senior management, the role focuses on driving sales growth, market share and profitability through strong relationships with key online retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute IFFCO’s e‑commerce strategy across sub‑channels such as grocery marketplaces, bricks‑and‑clicks and pure‑player platforms.
• Lead forecast accuracy, yearly financial and volume planning, and monitor day‑to‑day operations including orders, payments, fill‑rate and delivery performance.
• Manage relationships with key e‑retailers (e.g., Amazon, Noon), ensuring product availability, trade marketing execution and data‑driven performance analysis.
• Develop joint business plans with e‑commerce partners and drive innovative initiatives to reach more consumers.
• Collaborate with internal functions—marketing, sales, supply chain and finance—to improve efficiency and consumer experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of e‑commerce sales or key account management experience in the UAE, with hands‑on management of Amazon and/or Noon accounts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field; MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, preferably food, and ability to work across different e‑commerce partner business models.
