Associate Managing Consultant, Specialized Product Delivery (Commercial & New Payment Flows)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for an Associate Managing Consultant to lead commercial card and new payment flow programmes across corporate and SME segments. You will shape product roadmaps, orchestrate sales motions and ensure operational readiness while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end commercial card and new payment flow programmes, shaping product roadmaps and ensuring operational readiness for corporate and SME segments.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Operations, Risk, Compliance and Technology teams to drive activation, supplier acceptance, tokenisation, spend growth and customer retention.
• Maintain a robust control environment and produce auditable documentation throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Support implementation, adoption and value realization of specialised payment products, leveraging data‑driven insights.

Required profile

• At least 5 years (60 months) of experience in consulting, product delivery or payment services.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional programmes in a financial services context.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data storytelling and digital payment adoption.
