Associate Relationship Manager – Financial Institutions

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager will develop and grow business with banks and financial institutions in the Dubai market, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, establish and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as the first line of defence for KYC/AML compliance.
• Collect and upload full KYC documentation, keep the CRM tool up‑to‑date and ensure timely KYC reviews.
• Support client onboarding from initial contact to account activation, coordinating with compliance, credit and middle‑office teams.
• Monitor client profitability, identify cross‑selling opportunities and flag any business at risk.
• Prepare proposals and product presentations, and manage escalated customer queries.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in securities or banking, preferably in a custodian bank or securities house.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance or related field.
• Strong knowledge of KYC, AML/CFT regulations and compliance procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage deliverables on time.
