Associate Relationship Manager – UAE National (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

The Associate Relationship Manager will manage a portfolio of small to medium‑sized clients and actively source new‑to‑bank customers within the non‑for‑profit segment. The role covers end‑to‑end relationship support from onboarding through service execution while meeting financial targets and compliance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Source and acquire new‑to‑bank customers, build a pipeline of prospects and achieve liability growth, fee income and cross‑sell targets.
• Manage an assigned portfolio of lower‑tier clients, maintain regular engagement and support the Regional Manager in larger relationship development.
• Handle the complete account opening process, including KYC, documentation review, system entry and follow‑up until activation.
• Submit and track service requests, coordinate with operations and compliance, and act as the first point of contact for day‑to‑day client needs.
• Ensure adherence to ADIB policies, Sharia requirements and Central Bank regulations, maintain updated KYC/ODD and report portfolio performance.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of banking experience, preferably in Corporate or SME segments, with UAE‑based experience.
• Experience in account opening, documentation review and handling service requests.
• UAE National eligibility; ability to meet financial targets and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
