Associate Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage

About the role

ADIB Group is hiring an Associate Relationship Manager for its wealth coverage function in Dubai. The role oversees day-to-day client servicing, including account openings, portfolio creation for investment bookings and redemptions, and service requests from front-line staff and clients. It also manages walk-ins at designated wealth coverage centres and supports the designated Relationship Managers in processing client requests and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage client service requests such as account opening, client documentation, investment bookings, redemptions, funds transfers, Wakala/TD bookings and additional accounts, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant processing.
• Ensure due diligence and compliance requirements are met during client onboarding.
• Support clients and RMs with debit card and cheque book issuance and delivery.
• Oversee investment bookings, redemptions and fund transfers for priority and private banking clients, coordinate with investment advisors, operations and WMO, and generate investment reports and client statements on time.
• Manage walk-ins at wealth coverage centres and act as a point of contact for client inquiries.
• Maintain MIS reports of RM activities, transactions and requests in line with compliance and data management policies.
• Collaborate with Investment Advisors, Operations, Compliance and Priority & Private Banking teams, and x-sell ADIB products such as covered cards and HF to existing clients.
• Ensure client servicing complies with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and assist with KYC and AML matters.

Required profile

• Experience in processing client transactions, investment products and account management in wealth management is highly desirable.
• Strong operational and client servicing skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work with clients, senior leaders and internal teams.
• Attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
