Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner

About the role

Cigna Healthcare is looking for an Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Dubai to join its Talent Acquisition team. You will help attract and hire talent across a variety of functions within GIH, partnering with hiring managers, HR colleagues and candidates to deliver recruitment outcomes and support current and future workforce needs. The role sits in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and HR teams to understand hiring needs and support recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across positions within GIH, DIFC and selected international markets.
• Identify and engage qualified talent through direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networking and other channels.
• Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Provide market insights and talent intelligence to support hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring across multiple locations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, reporting and documentation in line with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives and share best practices with colleagues across countries.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or a related HR role in a multinational or healthcare environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different types of roles.
• Knowledge of the UAE talent market and local recruitment practices.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills; ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
