Assurance Audit Graduate – UAE Nationals

About the role

EY Dubai is seeking recent graduates who are UAE nationals to join its Assurance Audit Graduate Programme. You will work within the Audit service line, supporting external audit engagements and helping clients achieve transparent, reliable financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing external audit engagements for a variety of clients.
• Prepare audit documentation and workpapers in line with EY methodology.
• Evaluate the fairness of financial statements against applicable reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with senior auditors to identify and communicate audit findings.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (within 18 months) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Agile, growth‑oriented mindset with curiosity and purpose‑driven attitude.
• Inclusive approach, valuing diverse perspectives.
• Only UAE nationals will be considered.
