About the role
The Sales Advisor will drive the full sales cycle for customers visiting Al Tayer Motors' showroom or contacted via sales calls. The role focuses on achieving monthly sales targets while delivering a high level of customer service and product expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve pre‑agreed monthly sales targets and budgets.
- Attend to showroom visitors, assess their needs and provide qualified product advice.
- Maintain regular contact with prospects, schedule sales calls and visits.
- Prepare and maintain visit/call reports and weekly/monthly performance data.
- Manage the customer database and develop a prospects list.
- Ensure pre‑delivery inspections, accurate documentation, and registration of vehicle transactions.
- Inform customers about accessories, warranties, finance and insurance options.
- Participate in seasonal sales campaigns and promotions.
Required profile
- Degree in any discipline or automotive vocational qualification.
- 3–5 years solid experience in fleet sales within the GCC market.
- Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.
